We are an intercultural Religious Community of Sisters dedicated to the evangelization and integral formation of persons with the most need who are abandoned, respecting their human dignity.

On December 3, 2001 we began our first Foundation in the USA.
We were invited to serve the homeless at Magnificat Houses in Houston, Texas.
As of October 2020, we responded to a great need due to the COVID pandemic to serve the elderly in care facilities in Houston.
Our Foundress
Mother Tonia Maria Orland was born to Catholic parents on September 25, 1932 in Los Angeles, California.
On August 17, 1950 she entered the Congregation of the Sisters of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
On August 18, 1965 she professed her perpetual vows in the same Congregation.
On April 1, 1975 Mother Tonia Maria responded to an urgent need of the Church, humbly welcoming the inspiration to found the Missionary Sisters of the Eucharist in the village of San Martin Jilotepeque, Chimaltenango, Guatemala.
Charism
To promote love and hunger for Eucharist.
Spirituality
Adoration of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist, contemplating Him and serving Him in those who are poor.
Mother House
The Mother House is situated in San Andres Semetabaj, Sololá, Guatemala.
There are 47 members in our Religious Community, 35 have made Perpetual Vows. We have 7 missions in Guatemala and 1 mission in Houston, Texas.
The Mother House also serves as our House of Formation where our new members live in community and learn about life as a Religious Sister.
